Right after Apple announced their new iPods two days ago, Microsoft just announced the specs of their new player dubbed Zune. The “cool” aspect is the built in wireless for sharing music and videos with your friends. I think they look cool, maybe not in the brown shown here, but I’d like to see one up close. I doubt it’s worth the ~$300 dollars it will cost; not for me anyway. (Neither is an iPod for that matter; I’ll keep using Kim’s old mini.)

To test out some changes I made to my blog software, I needed to post some images. So… here’s two from the summer. Don’t ask why Kim was at the drive-thru on foot

Kim conquers the wild underbrush!

We drove off without Kim’s breakfast! Naturally we watched and took pictures.

Well, I spent the day hanging out and doing school work with Kim. Most of my reading was on Hitler for my Nazi Germany class (which is very interesting). We made a short appearance at a BBQ and quickly got back to our work. We’re both feeling overwhelmed =/
It was a nice day though, even when I managed to break the window in my room. Shear manly brawn, that’s all I have to say about that.

Lost Season 2 came out a couple days ago, now I really have to finish the season…
I have my first quiz today in Politics of Russia. I hope that goes well. I figured out I’m not really sick of classes just yet, I’m actually sick of the reading. It doesn’t matter if it’s interesting now, I’m just sick of reading. So that makes the boring stuff really dull.
Crusade tonight at 8… Should be fun. I hope we go to Robbie T’s!
I looks like I’m going down to Georgia for Christmas to meet Kim’s family in the area. That should be interesting
I’m glad I’m getting the opportunity. Kim’s going too of course.
And… I made a delicious loaf of banana bread last night. I had three slices for lunch alone!

My first week went well, but now the work is starting to pile up…
I had a great weekend, going to the fair with Kim and friends from Crusade, doing laundry for hours with Kim, and having some meals with my folks. Today’s another day off, but I’m afraid I’ll spend most of it studying and doing chores.
Some highlights since my last post:
1) I found out Kim dislikes rabbits, especially hundreds of weird looking ones in cages all around her…
2) I’m going to be learning a lot about dictators this year (Nazis and Stalin so far).
3) I’m working on the official SU Cru website…
4) I’m getting sick of classes already! At least most of them are interesting; I guess I’m just sick of the work involved.
