Party Like It’s 1773!
April 17th, 2009 -- Posted in Political | No Comments »Kim and I attended our first protest! It was pretty exciting, the official turn out was 1,200 at the Seattle Tea Party. Olympia was the big one for the state at about 5,000. I was even caught in a picture posted on The Boze Blog. (Dave Boze is one of my favorite local talk hosts.)
You can’t see much of me, but I’m there. Kim is to my right and you can see her hair and sunglasses too 
The organizers were collecting for the Northwest Harvest food pantry. We thought that was a nice touch. We can take care of our own much better than the government can.
Cut the pork!
